Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations are processed for services offered by The SciTech Club, located in Siddharth Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. By purchasing or registering for any of our services, including webinars, workshops, subscriptions, digital products, and upcoming paid courses, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

At The SciTech Club, we strive to deliver engaging and educational experiences across all our offerings. As a growing ed-tech platform, our content, webinars, and digital sessions involve advance preparation, live hosting arrangements, and digital distribution, which impact how cancellations are handled.

Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions

Users who subscribe to our premium research articles or digital learning content may request cancellation of their subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase.
If a cancellation is requested in this timeframe, access to premium content will be revoked immediately upon cancellation approval, and the associated refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

After the 7-day cancellation window expires, subscriptions will remain active for the purchased duration and cannot be cancelled mid-term.

Cancellation Policy for Webinars, Workshops & Events

Cancellations initiated by the participant are not permitted for any of the following:

  • Paid webinars
  • Paid workshops
  • Digital sessions
  • Online events

All these offerings require advance planning, seat allocation, and resource commitment; therefore, voluntary cancellation is not allowed.

However, if The SciTech Club cancels an event due to unavoidable circumstances or technical issues from our end, participants will receive a full refund, and the session may be rescheduled with prior communication.

Cancellation Policy for Paid Courses (When Introduced)

Upcoming paid courses, including advanced programs and mentorship-based learning, will be non-cancellable once purchased.
Since course content may include digital materials, downloadable files, or structured modules, the purchase will be considered final.

Course cancellations will only be permitted if the course fails to commence or if a major technical disruption on our end prevents access to the program.

Cancellation of Digital Products

Digital products such as downloadable study materials, notes, or e-resources cannot be cancelled after purchase due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery.

If a user encounters issues accessing their purchased content due to a technical error from our side, our team will ensure the product is re-delivered or access is restored promptly.
