Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for the services and digital content offered by The SciTech Club, located in Siddharth Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. By purchasing or accessing any of our services, users acknowledge and agree to the terms described below. Our products and services primarily include paid webinars, subscription-based access to research articles, and in the coming months will expand to paid workshops, online courses, and digital products. All content and services provided by The SciTech Club are intended for educational purposes only.

We strive to provide accurate, high-quality, and meaningful educational experiences to all users. Refunds are not provided purely on the basis of dissatisfaction with content, personal learning outcomes, or change of preference. This policy has been designed to ensure fairness and transparency while protecting the integrity of our digital services.

Refunds for Subscriptions (Research Articles Access)

The only service eligible for a refund is the subscription plan for research articles and premium content access. A user may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. The refund request must be made within this timeframe to be considered valid. Beyond the 7-day period, subscriptions become non-refundable as users gain immediate access to gated content and digital material upon activation.

To request a refund for a subscription, users must provide basic account details, payment information, and the reason for their request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval and will be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for Webinars, Workshops, Courses, and Digital Products

Webinars, workshops, courses, and digital products are strictly non-refundable once a user has successfully registered or purchased them. These products fall under the category of educational digital services with limited availability, fixed date commitments, and instant delivery of value. Therefore, we do not accept refund requests based on changes in personal schedule, availability, interest, or technical issues on the user’s side such as poor internet connectivity, device failure, or inability to attend.

However, if a user is unable to access a webinar, workshop, or event due to a technical issue originating from The SciTech Club’s end, or if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, a full refund will be issued. The decision regarding eligibility will be determined solely by The SciTech Club based on system logs, event records, and internal evaluation.

Refunds issued due to event cancellation or technical faults on our side will be processed within 7 business days from the date the refund is initiated. Users requiring support for such cases must contact refund@thescitechclub.com with their registration details.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided under circumstances including, but not limited to:
– Failure to attend a scheduled event due to personal reasons
– Incomplete participation or lack of engagement in webinars or courses
– Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
– Issues related to personal devices or internet connectivity
– Accidental purchases or duplicate registrations made by the user

Once access to any digital product, workshop material, course module, or member-exclusive resource is granted, it becomes permanently non-refundable.

Refund Processing and Timelines

If a refund is approved, the amount will be transferred back using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. The user may be asked to verify their identity or payment information for security purposes. Refunds generally take up to 7 days to reflect in the user’s bank account, depending on banking and payment gateway processing times.
