4. Payments & Billing

All payments made on our website are processed securely through integrated payment gateways. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the applicable amount, including taxes or other processing fees where applicable.

Subscription-based services for premium article access renew automatically on the chosen billing cycle unless cancelled by the user prior to renewal. You may update or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us at support@thescitechclub.com.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

The SciTech Club follows a transparent and customer-friendly refund policy. Subscription purchases for premium article access are eligible for a 7-day refund window, applicable only if the user experiences a technical issue or inability to access content due to platform-related problems. Refund requests must be sent through refund@thescitechclub.com within the allowable time frame.

Fees paid for webinars, digital products, workshops, or courses are non-refundable under normal circumstances, as these products are considered consumed once access is granted. However, if the webinar or event is cancelled by us or cannot be attended due to technical issues originating from our system, a full refund will be issued. Refund amounts, once approved, will reflect in the customer’s account within 7 days from the initiation date.

6. User Conduct & Obligations

Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, copy or distribute paid content, share login credentials, or engage in any form of misconduct that affects the integrity of the platform. All educational materials, research articles, presentations, recordings, and digital downloads are the intellectual property of The SciTech Club and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Any misuse of content or violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action under the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India.

7. Content & Intellectual Property
